FTW Entertainment and The-IRC employ multiple methods of communication to allow you to get in touch with us! We encourage all our customers to use the ticketing system, it's fast and easy! Our phone system has limited hours due to the phone availability of our Engineering staff.

  • Department Emails

    Support Hours are 7:30am to 10pm CDT GMT -6 (12:30pm-2am UTC). Tickets entered after support hours are addressed first thing in the morning.

    The-IRC Phone support is offered Monday-Friday, 6pm-9:30PM, CST (GMT-6). There is an after hours pager that goes out when a voicemail is left as well.
